We provide all raw materials and labor services.
CKD
The client supplies the raw materials, and we provide labor only.
Hibrid
The client supplies part of the raw materials, and we provide the rest, along with the labor.

Component Procurement and Management
In addition to having a large stock capacity, our goal is to obtain the right materials, in the correct quantities, delivered on time, and at the most advantageous prices — while also selecting the right suppliers and negotiating costs.
We have a broad global supply chain, extensive experience in materials management, and a specialized team for direct import and customs clearance.
Pilot Run
The pilot run is a relatively small preliminary order of a product used to fully verify specifications and assess production capacity.
TESTING
Final testing of electronic boards is essential to ensure quality, reliability, and to reduce rework, which can compromise the integrity of traces and components.
Each board is validated using exclusive test fixtures developed to meet the technical specifications of each client. Testing methods are selected by the client based on the project's specific needs.

Functional
Tests
Evaluate the full operation of the board’s hardware and software before final product integration.
Boundary Scan
An integrated test used to verify interconnections, analyze voltages, and inspect sub-blocks of integrated circuits.
In-Circuit Testing
Measurement at specific points on the board using contact pins, complemented by instruments such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
By applying rigorous testing processes, we ensure the delivery of reliable products with a high standard of quality, minimizing failures at the end customer and strengthening the manufacturer's image in the market.
MECHANICAL INTEGRATION
In the INTEGRATION stage, the board is assembled together with the product’s enclosure, including all elements that make up the final product, such as displays, buttons, cables, keypads, among others.
The product is then closed and undergoes validation testing on 100% of the production. After approval, it is packaged in anti-static packaging and sent to the SHIPPING department, which is responsible for delivering the products to our clients.
SPECIAL PROCESSES
Our infrastructure was designed and built to meet specific demands, including assembly services with the following processes:
Potting
Application of protective resin for electrical insulation, mechanical protection, and resistance to harsh environments.
Conformal Coating
Application of thin protective coatings that shield the electronic board from moisture, dust, chemicals, and extreme temperatures.
Burn-In
Simulation of extreme operating conditions to detect early failures and increase product reliability.
DOCUMENTATION SUPPORT
Certifications
We offer complete support throughout the product certification and homologation process.
Test and Trial Monitoring:
We monitor the entire testing process carried out in third-party laboratories, meeting the requirements for certifications or homologations with regulatory bodies such as ANATEL and INMETRO.
Certification Management:
We work directly with regulatory agencies, organizing and submitting all necessary documentation, as well as presenting the required test results for the official certification of products.
