With 59 years of accumulated experience in the sector, we operate with certified processes (ISO 9001:2015) and full traceability, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability at every stage of the project.
PRODUCTION LINES
Our manufacturing facility is equipped with 3 automated SMT lines, environmental control for humidity and temperature, 2D/3D optical inspections, top/bottom reflow ovens with lead-free capability, and ESD prevention infrastructure throughout the production area.

CAPABILITY
Product quality begins at the very first step — material receipt, where raw materials are inspected and tracked.
The most sensitive components on electronic boards, such as BGAs, memory chips, processors, QFPs, and ultra-fine pitch components, undergo rigorous baking and dry box processes to restore appropriate humidity levels for manufacturing.
Quality continues on the production floor through constant monitoring and control of ambient temperature and humidity.
In every area of the factory, ESD prevention is a priority, with all personnel wearing the proper equipment: wrist straps, heel straps, lab coats, and anti-static gloves.
PARKS MyEMS recommends that clients follow IPC/ESDA standards to maintain quality after PCB assembly.
